1. Honey and cinnamon mask for hair growth

Ingredients:

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 egg
Instructions:

Combine ground cinnamon with egg in a small mixing bowl.
Add honey and stir well.
Blend in extra virgin olive oil.
Apply to hair and leave in for 15 minutes.
Afterwards wash your hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo.

2. Honey and cinnamon facial mask for oily skin

Ingredients:

1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp honey
Instructions:

Mix honey and cinnamon together.
Apply to clean face evenly and leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse off first with warm and then with cold water.

This mask can be used no more than once a week.

Don’t use this mask on sensitive, inflamed or eczema-prone skin, or if you have fragile capillaries on your face.

Ingredients:

1 small banana
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:

Mash banana in a mixing bowl, add yogurt and cinnamon.
Squeeze in lemon juice and stir well into a smooth paste.
Apply to clean face evenly and leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water, then apply your favorite moisturizer.
